Adoption Application
Our goal is to place each Smooth Fox Terrier puppy in a loving, responsible, and permanent home. To help us get to know you better and ensure that one of our puppies is a great fit for your family, we ask that all prospective owners complete the application below.

How It Works

Approval & Deposit – Once approved, a deposit is required to reserve a puppy from a current or upcoming litter.
Meet Your Puppy – We’ll arrange for a visit or pickup when your puppy is ready to go home.
Things to Know Before Applying
Puppies are placed in homes on a first-come, first-approved basis.
We do not place puppies solely based on color, size, or markings; temperament and family compatibility come first.
All puppies are registered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and come with health records.
